He began his journey at the Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy in Newtown, CT, known for its commitment to the latest trends and hands-on training in hairstyling.

After earning his cosmetology license, Francesco pursued advanced education at the Vidal Sassoon School and Nick Arrojo Academy in New York City. The Nick Arrojo Academy, recognized as the largest independent hairdressing institution in the country, offers advanced training in cosmetology, barbering, and esthetics within a state-of-the-art facility in the heart of SoHo. This opportunity provided Francesco with invaluable exposure to the fashion and beauty industry’s leading edge, allowing him to hone his craft with guidance from some of the industry’s top professionals.

Identifying the surge in popularity of Balayage—a freehand coloring technique known for its natural, sun-kissed highlights—Francesco enrolled in the Goldwell Master Colorist Program. There, he became part of an elite community of hair colorists skilled in advanced coloring science and the art of creating sophisticated, dimensional color effects.
